Helena's cakes are all about depth of flavour. Helena was raised and taught to bake in Denmark but lived in Paris and Los Angeles before moving to London so whilst Scandinavian style and flavour influence heavily, you'll find specials from all over. Every cake is single batch, hand made in her home kitchen in Little Gaddesden using the finest ingredients to create flavorsome treats to remember. Helena loves to bake all sorts of cake and treats so if you don't see what you want, give her a call or send a message.
