This cake is a family recipe originally made for Christmas Eve. It’s very delicious with a smooth chocolate cream filling in between a coconut meringue type of sponge. Great as a pudding or served with a pot of tea.

These tasty cakes are triangle shaped - the same as Napoleon’s hat. They are sold in every bakery in Denmark and are a Danish classic. The base is like a short cake and the top’s base is marzipan. It’s dipped in chocolate. Comes in a box of 5
One of my favourite Danish cakes! It’s simply delicious, with a moist vanilla cake at the bottom and topped with a coconut meringue, which makes it very flavourful.

The direct translation of the Danish words “Kanel Snegl” which refers to a snail shaped cinnamon twirl. They are scrumptious, moist and gooey buns filled with a sugary cinnamon filling and decorated with icing.
